User Account and Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and office address of our clients (i.e., financial advisors and their representatives).
Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, usage logs, access times, and other data collected automatically when you interact with our Services.
Communication Data: Records of your communications with us, including support requests, feedback, and other inquiries.
Client-Provided Data: Data that you or your organisation (the "Client") upload or input into our Services. This may include Personal Data relating to your own clients (the "End-Customers"). In this context, Kiros Technology Pte Ltd acts as a Data Intermediary on behalf of our Client, who is the Data Controller. Our processing of this data is governed by the service agreement between us and the Client.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive Personal Data unless it is provided to us by the Client for processing as part of our contractual Services.
We collect and use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain Our Services: To create and manage user accounts, provide access to our AI software products, and fulfill our contractual obligations to our Clients.
For Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues.
To Improve Our Services and AI Models: To analyse usage patterns, conduct research, and develop new features. Crucially, any Personal Data used for training our AI models will be anonymised or aggregated to ensure that individuals cannot be identified.
For Communication: To send you service-related announcements, technical notices, updates, and marketing communications. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
For Security and Compliance: To protect the security and integrity of our Services, prevent fraud, enforce our terms of service, and comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may disclose your Personal Data to the following third parties under strict confidentiality obligations:
